Earlier in the week, we hosted an Autumn Season Launch event for our lovely members. This was an exciting opportunity for our valued members to come together and celebrate our Autumn Season going onsale.

Grace, our Development & Events Officer, spoke our members through all the amazing new shows we've got coming up in Autumn, from classic comedy-dramas to new moving musicals.

They were also treated to an exclusive Q&A with Cheryl Martin, Artistic Director of Red Ladder Theatre Company. Cheryl shared more information about the new musical, Sanctuary, that Red Ladder are bringing to us on 20 September.

We even had an exclusive video from our very own panto dame, Chris Hannon, sharing some secrets about this year's performance of Cinderella!

The evening ended with a performance from Alice, one of our Performance Academy students and a cast member of this year's Wakefield Youth Musical, Evita. We got a chance to hear Alice speak about why she finds the Youth Musical so impactful on her growth as a performer-in-training.

Alice's performance was a lovely way to end the evening, and a powerful reminder of the inspiring training opportunities that our membership scheme helps to fund.
