Chime, funded by Youth Music, have been meeting for two years in real life and online. As a culmination of the project, our young participants shared songs they had been working on in lockdown and beyond with lead artists Simon Grainger and Tina Shuker-Abell.
The project has enabled young people with learning disabilities in the Wakefield District to express themselves through making music, composing and performance skills, providing a vital, creative outlet when so many opportunities have been unavailable.
Chime is for young people aged 14 - 25 with learning disabilities who have a passion for music and performance. If you’d like to find out more about Chime, head over to our dedicated page.
