At the beginning of September we launched our #SaveOurTheatres Crowdfunder Campaign. #SaveOurTheatres was part of a national initiative launched by Theatres Trust. Since we closed our doors in March, the ongoing uncertainty of the pandemic forced us to make some tough decisions. Although we were able to offer support through restarting face-to-face community activities, while we had no shows, we we're unable to generate the income that allows us to operate and deliver our life changing activities.
Today our crowdfunder campaign came to close and we are thrilled to announce we managed to raise a fantastic £5,376 plus a further £1000+ in gift aid. 194 supporters donated during this time and left us some wonderful message of love and support.
Love this theatre - so many happy memories with the family, particularly Christmas Eve! Good Luck guys, can’t wait for the panto in 2021!

The life enriching experience of going to a theatre has been badly missed during this pandemic. They provide us with music, laughter, culture, food for thought among other things. I support the scheme all the way.
