Booking Tickets as a Member
How do I get my Member discount?
If you are booking with our Box Office Team (either in person or on the phone), they will be able to make sure that your discount is applied. If you are booking online, your discount will be automatically applied, as long as you are logged into your Members account. This is your account with us that has the same email address that you used when purchasing your Membership. If you have any issues accessing your account or purchasing tickets, please do contact us and we can resolve the issue.
How do I create an account online?
If you have not booked online yet, and therefore do not have an account with us, you will need to complete the following steps: 1. Click on the 'login' button at the top of our website. 2. Enter your email address (please ensure this is the one you used to purchase your membership) 3. Click the 'reset here' button (next to 'forgotten your password') 4. An email will be sent to you, allowing you to create a password. 5. From then on, you will be able to use this password to login to our website.
Season Onsale
What is Season Onsale?
We organise our shows into three seasons: Autumn, Spring and Summer. Most of our shows that are programmed within a season will be released for sale at the same time, as part of a season onsale. As Members you receive early access to ticket sales for these seasons. Please see our Membership Benefits page for information on the priority booking window your membership band receives. We will also send you a letter and an email to notify you when you can access ticket sales.
What about shows that are released not as part of a season onsale?
Occasionally we will release shows separate to our Season Onsales. For these shows we cannot guarantee that you will have the same priority booking window as you would for our season onsales, however we always endeavour to provide our members with early access to ticket sales.
How does the Season Saver Discount work?
The Season Saver discount rewards you for booking multiple shows at once, in the same transaction. You can save 20% when you book five or more shows during Season Onsale or 10% if you book three or four shows during Season Onsale. The Season Saver Discount is only valid on Price Bands A&C, subject to availability. You are able to get your Membership Discount on top of your Season Saver Discount.

What is the 'Membership Insights Quarterly Newsletter'?
Every 3 months we send out a printed newsletter that provides you with exclusive updates on what's happening at the Theatre. These could be exclusive interviews with cast members of upcoming shows, pictures of projects we've got going on at the Theatre or even our staff's top picks for the newest season of shows. Please do remember that to receive this newsletter you need to remain opted in to receive post from us.
What are the monthly email e-Updates we'll receive?
On the first Monday of every Month, we send out an email updating all of our Members on what's happened at the Theatre that month and events/shows to look forward to in the coming month. Please do remember that to receive this eUpdate you need to remain opted in to receive emails from us.
Discounts/Vouchers
Where can I use my cafe/bar vouchers?
Supporters and Supporters Plus receive vouchers as part of their membership benefits. These can be used to claim complimentary drinks (alcoholic and soft drink options available) or snacks (for example ice creams), at any of our bars or ice cream stands. They can be claimed at our Box Office during the day or when we have our shows on. Please check your vouchers for more terms and conditions of their use.
Where can I use my Circle Membership discount card?
Circle Members receive a discount card as part of their membership benefits. This card entitles Circle Members 10% off drinks and snacks in all of our cafes and bars at anytime. It can also be used at ice cream stalls in our auditorium during the interval.
