Paying ‘Per term’
- Fees paid in full at the beginning of each term are taken three times per year- September (Autumn), January (Spring) and April (Summer)
- Each payment covers a 12 week period
- Termly fees can be paid over the phone through our Box Office on 01924 211 311, via BACS bank transfer or online
Paying with Direct Debit
- Direct Debit fees are taken nine times per year
- Each payment covers a 4 week period
- Sept / Oct / Nov Direct Debits are for Autumn term
Jan / Feb / March Direct Debits are for Spring Term
April / May / June Direct Debits are for Summer Term

Siblings
If you have more than one child in Performance Academy, a 15% discount will be given to each child.

Financial Support
If you are unable to afford the full amount, you may be able to apply for an assisted place (40% discount) or a full bursary (no fees to pay).

Other Costs
As well as fees, students will also need a Performance Academy t-shirt and a pair of jazz shoes. There are no added costs to perform in our annual showcase, except the cost of tickets for the family to watch the performance. We may ask you to provide some extra costume bits that you are likely to already have at home, but most of our costume comes from the Theatre’s wardrobe.
It is worth noting that our annual showcase rehearsals do need some extra time commitment, normally three extra days on weekends leading up to the show, then four evenings at Theatre Royal Wakefield for rehearsals and performances.
If your child misses a Performance Academy session because they are performing in a Theatre Royal Wakefield production (eg. our Pantomime chorus), we will refund the cost of the missed session.
If your child misses the session for other reasons (family holidays and events or illness) we are unable to offer a refund.
